    VSim可以用於材料表麵處理工藝中等離子體放電設備,如介質阻擋放電,磁控濺射等的機理分析、設備設計和參數優化等等。也可以用於類似的離子源設備仿真和設計。


1. 介質阻擋放電模擬

    VSim可以對介質阻擋放電(DBD)過程進行模擬。


1.1 大氣壓介質阻擋放電發生器模擬

    利用VSim的粒子雪崩控製和電荷追蹤能力,可以跟蹤小尺寸大氣壓介質阻擋放電的全過程。

2. 磁控濺射模擬

    利用VSim的等離子體和濺射模塊,可以研究磁控濺射過程中的等離子體和粒子分布。
